Fees

Our fees for purchasing are very competetive and start from 0.75% of the total price or 15% of the total amount saved from the asking price whichever is greater. The fee is due only after exchange of contracts, when you know the property has been secured.

For rental properties, including commercial, the fee is the equivalent to one month's full rent.
